However, it is important to note that liquidation products with a discount of over 40% are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These products are offered at a significant discount and are sold as-is. We recommend carefully reviewing the product description and specifications before purchasing any liquidation items.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email to, and our friendly representatives will guide you through the process.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. This information will help us understand your needs and provide the best possible solution.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Package the product securely, including all original packaging materials and accessories. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.
  5. Ship the product back to us using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition. If the product meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting the returned product. A 10% to 25% fee could be deducted for damaged packaging and/or missing parts.
