At Pierdeco Design PARTS & OUTLET, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your purchases are delivered safely and efficiently.

Small Items (Parts & Accessories)

For smaller items such as parts and accessories, we ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. These carriers allow us to provide reliable and efficient delivery directly to your door.

Large Items

For oversized products such as shower columns and larger faucets, we ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition

Oversized or Fragile Items

Certain products, including vanities, modules, porcelain items, and other oversized or fragile products, require special handling and cannot be shipped through standard parcel carriers.

For these items, we recommend local pickup at our location in Mascouche, Quebec.

If pickup is not possible, these products can be shipped on a skid via freight, however additional shipping charges will apply.

Free Shipping Promotion

We offer free shipping in Canada on parts and small items when your order reaches $160 or more.

Please note:

  • This promotion applies to parcel-shippable items only

  • Oversized products such as shower columns, vanities, and other freight items are not eligible for free shipping
