For smaller items such as parts and accessories, we utilize Canada Post for shipping. This allows for efficient and reliable delivery right to your doorstep. We understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner, and Canada Post helps us achieve this goal.

For larger products, such as shower columns, we partner with FedEx. Their expertise in handling and transporting larger items ensures that your purchase arrives safely and intact. We prioritize the security of your products, and FedEx helps us maintain this standard.

However, it is important to note that oversized and fragile items, such as vanities and porcelain, cannot be shipped via standard carriers. These items require special handling and packaging to ensure their safe delivery. As a result, we encourage customers to pick up these items at our location in Mascouche, Quebec.

If you are unable to pick up the oversized or fragile items in person, we do offer an alternative shipping option. These items can be shipped on a skid, but please be aware that an extra fee will apply. If you'd like to have a skid shipped to your attention, we invite you to contact us at service@pierdeco.com and we'll be happy to provide a quotation.
